Enhancing Data Analysis and Security with SQL

The SQL for Data Science course by the University of California, Davis on Coursera provided me with hands-on experience in querying and managing data efficiently. I gained a strong understanding of database structures, joins, aggregations, and advanced SQL techniques, which are essential for extracting meaningful insights from large datasets. Beyond data analysis, this course also reinforced the importance of secure data handling—an essential aspect of information security. Understanding how to work with databases securely strengthens my ability to manage and protect sensitive information, aligning with best practices in cybersecurity and data governance.
